When most people think of wilderness and the natural world, only a few places come to  mind, such as national parks or remote regions in the distant corners of the globe. However, the world is filled with so many more wild and intriguing places, many closer to home than one might realize. These are just a few of the environments that I have gotten a chance to experience and I hope that my photography encourages you to get out and explore them for yourself.
